Tyrone Baker scored alongside two trialists as Bishop’s Stortford won 3-1 at home against Maldon & Tiptree on Thursday, the Blues’ second of three pre-season friendlies in five days.

Baker cut in off the left wing and picked out the bottom left corner before new signing Dylan Colletti dribbled on the right wing, his cut back was swept home by Trialist 4 with a first-time low shot. From a Jammers corner, the visitors equalised as Stortford failed to clear with #9 finishing through a crowded six yard box.

HT 2-1

Substitute Trialist 17 kept the ball under close control from a right wing cut back, working space for a low shot across goal to seal the win four minutes from time.
