Meet Your 2026/27 Blues!
With the 2026/27 campaign beginning on Saturday when we welcome Banbury Utd at The Grundon Community Stadium, we can confirm our squad for the opening game of the season.
We are delighted that the following players who represented us last season remain in Blue for the upcoming campaign:

In addition, we are pleased to welcome back Frank Norris on loan from League One side Stevenage.
We are also pleased to welcome a number of new faces to the Blues squad this season, with many of them featuring during our pre-season campaign.
Eagle-eyed fans will spot that we are still awaiting final paperwork ratification before we announce our goalkeeper for the start of the campaign.
Let’s meet the newest members of the Blues:
ALFIE THORNETT – Defender
Imposing young defender who arrived at the Grundon Community Stadium on an initial month-long work experience loan from Stevenage in August 2026. Enjoyed a loan spell with Royston Town last term as well as skippering the Stevenage U18 side.
JOE NARDELLI – Defender
Former Bishop’s Stortford Community FC player who also previouslyfeatured for the Blues in the FA Youth Cup. Returns to the Grundon Community Stadium after impressing in a three-year stint with Southern League Division One Central side Hertford Town.
USISYA LONGWE – Midfielder
Talented young midfielder who joins the Blues after his release from Ipswich Town in summer 2026. Enjoyed a loan spell last season with Felixstowe & Walton Utd having previously featured for the Tractor Boys at both U18 and U21 levels.
DYLAN COLLETTI – Midfielder
Tricky wide man who joined the club in summer 2026. A product of the Hertford Town youth system who has also netted 10 goals in 15 appearances for Thurlow Nunn League side Enfield Borough last term. Previous clubs also include Stotfold and Letchworth Garden City Eagles.
TYRONE BAKER – Midfielder
Pacy winger with an eye for goal who joined the Blues from St Ives Town in July 2026. Tyrone’s previous clubs also include Walthamstow, Potters Bar Town and Royston Town. The midfielder has impressed in pre-season, netting three goals for the club.
SAMUEL OKOLIE – Striker
Seychelles International striker who joins the Blues after rising through the ranks at League Two side Cambridge Utd. Samuel enjoyed loan stints last term with Newmarket Town and St Neots Town.

We wish those players who have departed the club all the very best for the future and thank them for their service to the club. Those departing include Adam Hayton, who has joined National South side Chelmsford City, Cole Dasilva who has moved across step 3 to join Cheshunt and Erin Amu.
